LHS FBLA
Together We Rise
Comeaux High School closed at the end of the 2025–26 school year after serving the Lafayette community for roughly 60 years. Its students were reassigned among Acadiana, Southside, and Lafayette High Schools, with 269 Comeaux students transitioning to Lafayette High. The move brings together two proud school traditions—Spartan strength and Mighty Lion pride—under one roof. While the colors, mascots, and histories may be different, the students now share one future: honoring where they came from while building something new together. Two traditions. One community. Together We Rise.
